The Yorkshire Inter-District Unions rely heavily on the involvement of volunteers to operate efficiently and with minimal expense to affiliated Club & Members.

We are extremely fortunate to have many volunteers throughout each District Union who assist with the delivery of events and activities which benefit all their Unions and the YIDU.

At the end of the 2025 season our Secretary for the past 32 years will be retiring and therefore we are looking to identify and appoint someone to assume this indispensable role.

Can you help ? or alternatively, do you know someone who may be able to assist us.

If so, in the first instance, please contact your own District Union Secretary (details available from your Club Secretary) or (Chris Wren – contact details shown below) and provide them with your appropriate contact details. (A short outline of any previous Golf related secretarial experience would be of assistance).

A basic understanding of excel and word would be an advantage.

Please note that any successful applicant will receive help from the current Yidu Secretary and full support from The Inter District Secretaries.
